THE RED COUNTESS

The Red Countess appears to us as a reminder of the power that lies in our inner wisdom, intuition and discernment abilities. She reminds us of the importance of relying on our own internal inklings rather than the input and nudges of others. The most important energy that lies within this card is acknowledging that it is not enough to know we possess these gifts, we must also use them actively.

This means listening to your intuition when it would be easier not to and continue on a path that may be enjoyable but still clearly not aligned with your highest good. This means listening clearly to your internal wisdom when you are being told that you have outgrown certain people, environments and behaviors even if part of you wants to indulge in the attachments.

This means shining a light of truth on situations that you would feel more comfortable leaving in the darkness. Above all this is about accountability. It is completely up to us to hold ourselves accountable and stand in our own unique brand of integrity because nobody signed up to this life to do it for us. Don’t expect any other individual to be your hero or source of clarity.

If we find ourselves fearful about trusting the direction of our internal compass then above all we must first reconcile our trust within ourselves and the divine. This starts with acceptance and forgiveness for the past and the lessons you’ve overcome. It’s important to remind yourself that you truly have overcome every obstacle set before you or you would not be standing here today. Standing in remembrance of this can allow you to look towards the future with the certainty that even if challenges arise they shall not will topple you.

Today be willing to acknowledge your feminine powers as reliable enough to guide you along your path and with this be willing to release anything that you know at your core creates added weight in your journey. Remember, this life does not have to be riddled with challenges and discomfort. It can be easy and pleasurable but you must be willing to create the environment for it to be so.

GO FISH!

It’s not an exaggeration in the slightest to say that we are all oceanic beings with the infinite capacity to learn, grow and discover new things about ourselves. When it is time to go fish it is time to look inwards and seek hidden treasures that are lying in wait for your discovery. The hidden treasure could be a new idea or creative venture that wants to birthed into the world, it could also be an insight or token of wisdom that can help you move forward on your journey. Whatever it is that you are fishing for is worth reeling in.

To go fish you must leave behind a mind restless with thoughts and sink into your body. It becomes extremely difficult to receive guidance from our higher self and from our spirit team if our mind is clouded with heavy thoughts. Imagine that when your head is full of this kind of restless energy you’ve created a sort of internal traffic jam. During a traffic jam it becomes much harder for a vehicle to reach its intended destination. Think of your guidance as the vehicle.

There are many ways to step out of your mind and into your body. Creative expression such as writing, painting, crafting or vision boarding is an amazing way to turn off your thoughts and settle into peace. Listening to your favorite music, dancing, nature walking and meditation are other great ways to create the space needed to dive into yourself.

It’s important to know that every answer you need to complete the jigsaw lies within. We have vast stores of knowledge and internal wisdom from previous lifetimes and also handed down to us through our ancestral lineage. We just have to slow down and receive this valuable information from ourselves. Don’t think that anything outside of yourself can hold keys to your fulfillment better than you can. It is your journey to unfold, your destiny to uncover, and your rainbow fish to reel in.

ALICE

Much like the Alice we know who took a journey into Wonderland this Alice appears with the message that we too are ready to leave behind the world we know and venture into spaces that are much bigger, bolder and suited to compliment the expansion and development of our soul. As we deepen our connection to ourselves and find ourselves growing more luminous in our light it is only natural that some of the environments, relationships and patterns we are accustomed to begin to feel less fitting. This is because we we expand so does our world around us, but not every individual or environment is ready for this type of growth and may prefer to see you stay small.

For a soul with a divine purpose staying small is simply not an option, so do not stay in these spaces. Trust with certainty that if you allow yourself the room to bloom Spirit will mirror these intentions and most certainty provide you with companions and happiness environments that honor this too.

Alice invites us to follow the things that’s that electrify us into strange and brave new territories. We are meant to break barriers to explore the wild unknown. Simply we cannot do this if we do not create the room for us to do so. If the world around you suddenly seems inexplicably uncomfortable this is the time to slow down and observe with discernment where Spirit may be trying to direct your attention. Discomfort always occurs when there are changes that are ready to occur in our world that we would not take the necessary steps to alter if we were comfortable. So, embrace discomfort as an indicator that you are ready to evolve into a new territory where you may truly spread your wings.

In these moments trust is one of the most import factors. If you do not have complete trust in yourself and the divine you may find yourself fearful and holding on tightly to the things you’ve outgrown out of attachment. Everything that you let go of with grace will be returned to you magnified with resonance and divinity. Today, choose you. Today, choose to be enfolded in your story.
